Groups of all sizes are welcome at Lane Motor Museum. We request that you make a reservation for groups of over 15 at least one week in advance. Groups visiting on Monday, Thursday, or Friday can request a guided tour at no additional charge. The group admission rate is $4 for adults, seniors (55 and over) - $3. Remember, children under age 18 are always admitted free at Lane Motor Museum.

School field trips are also welcome at Lane Motor Museum. We can offer your students a unique look at European culture right in the middle of Nashville, Tennessee.

SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS

Meeting Room Rental

Lane Motor Museum's meeting room is the perfect setting for the smaller corporate or private function. The adjacent kitchenette is a convenient place from which to serve a light meal. The meeting room can accommodate up to 60 guests with tables and chairs provided. It is also conducive to audio/video presentations. (Note: audio/visual equipment is not available at the museum, but must be rented separately.)

Events can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Rental Fees:
Four Hours $300
Nine Hours $450

A refundable $100 security/damage deposit is required. Rental fees include access into the exhibit hall area.

Exhibit Area Rental

Lane Motor Museum is located in the former Sunbeam Bakery. The building, circa 1950, has high ceilings, natural light, and hand-crafted brick and maple wood flooring. The main floor has open space, where the collection of over 125 vehicles resides. The Museum is the perfect setting for your corporate or special occasion. The food and beverage portion of your function for groups of 100 or less will take place on a raised platform overlooking the vintage vehicles. Tables and chairs are not provided for the exhibit area. For groups of more than 100, please contact the Museum for rates and restrictions.

Rental Fees:
Monday through Thursday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. $1,250
Friday through Sunday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. $1,750

A refundable $500 security/damage deposit is required. All rentals include security during the event, on-site event supervisor, janitorial services, and free covered parking.

CAR CLUB RENTALS

Lane Motor Museum offers special rental packages just for car clubs!

Rent the Meeting Room for your next automotive club meeting and see the museum’s fabulous collection of cars. Available on Monday nights from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for groups of 50 or less. A minimal fee will be charged to rent the meeting room.

Have a gathering in the reserved parking area in front of the museum for up to 25 cars. There is no charge to use this ½ acre. Must be reserved in advance.

Lane Motor Museum also welcomes club sponsored car shows with space behind the Museum for up to 100 cars. There is a one day rental fee for use of this space.
