NASHVILLE, TN, June 8, 2011 – Lane Motor Museum will offer FREE admission for Dads on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20, 2011. In addition to free admission for Dad, several activities are planned for the date including tours of the museum’s basement collection, rides in vehicles from the museum collection, and demonstrations of several of the more unusual vehicles. Admission for other adults is $7, seniors (65+) are $5, youth (6-17) are $2 and kids age 5 & under are free.

ABOUT LANE MOTOR MUSEUM Lane Motor Museum features the largest collection of European cars in the United States. Approximately 150 cars and motorcycles are on display that date from 1922 to 2008. Highlights of the museum include the largest Czechoslovakian vehicle collection outside Europe, microcars, amphibious vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles, competition cars, motorcycles, military vehicles, and prototypes. The museum also offers a display of automotive art, a special play area for children, and a gift shop.
Lane Motor Museum is open Thursday-Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.
